My goal is to help get your muscles and fascia move and feel better. As a massage therapist and mobility specialist, what I have to offer my clients is a combination of postural analysis, muscle/fascia bodywork, osteopathic manual therapy (to address any autonomic nervous system imbalance ), proper breathing and education on corrective exercises.
You may have specific issues, or generalized, all-over stuff going on. It would be my pleasure to sit down with any and all of you, regardless of what is going on. I am not a doctor, so make sure to do your due diligence for serious issues.
